Service journalism is at the core of what I've been up to professionally for the last 25 years.
I started as a writer and editor of travel content. I've launched a magazine for smart women, and I helped craft an adult coloring book. More recently I've been overseeing the content strategy for USA TODAY's product review site, Reviewed. While my areas of focus may seem unrelated, the common thread is a passion for helping consumers make solid investments when it comes to their time and money.
